Challenge

For over 10 years, Sport Play Systems has been contributing to Romania’s development by providing design and construction services for leisure areas, urban sports spaces, and sports complexes. With a passionate team of architects, engineers, and project managers, the company transforms urban spaces into vibrant and functional experiences for the community.

The collaboration with Sport Play Systems took place within a project supported by the EBRD, following all stages of development: analysis, strategy, branding, website development, and PR.

During the discovery phase, which marked the beginning of our collaboration, several needs were identified: developing a multi-channel communication and marketing strategy, building the brand, creating a website tailored to the company’s current needs, and integrating online and offline communication.

The marketing analysis shaped the right solutions for the identified needs, and the strategy shaped these directions into concrete actions.

Solutions

Based on the client’s need to integrate the company into the online environment, we began the process with a thorough analysis that covered aspects such as: offline and online market, competitors, target audience, SWOT, and strategic directions.

Following this analysis, a comprehensive strategy was developed, outlining in concrete terms the next necessary steps: branding, website development, individual platform plans, and editorial calendars.

Once the strategy was finalized, a complete rebranding process was initiated. This included, among others: redesigning the logo, selecting brand colors and fonts, creating stationery materials, defining core brand messages, and ultimately building a complete brand manual. A unique aspect of the project was the association of a specific set of colors with the company’s main solutions.

After the branding phase, we started the website development, following the directions set during the analysis and incorporating the best practices in creating the structure, design, and functionality. The result was an attractive yet user-friendly website that highlights the company’s visual materials and completed projects.

Finally, detailed plans were created for each marketing platform, along with editorial calendars. These included: Social Media, Blog, Newsletter, PR, and Ads. The company implemented these plans, achieving significant results.
