Delex is a company based in Alba Iulia, specializing in the distribution of electric heating systems, radiant panels, underfloor heating, de-icing solutions, and green energy technologies.

Formerly known as Delphi Electric, Delex represents the company’s new identity. They provide sales, design, installation, and warranty services for both partners and customers. Their portfolio includes a wide range of European-manufactured products, such as photovoltaic panels, inverters for alternative energy systems, underfloor heating solutions, radiant heating systems, heat pumps, and more.

Our collaboration with Delex began in November 2022, starting with an initial online analysis, followed by a marketing strategy. Based on these insights, we developed a communication plan for social media, ensuring a consistent online presence that continues to this day.

In 2024, as part of an EBRD project, we conducted a new marketing and communication analysis, which laid the foundation for a refreshed marketing strategy.

Following the strategy development, we designed and implemented a custom website tailored to the company’s business needs, marking the successful completion of the EBRD project.
