Blade Solutions is an IT services and infrastructure integrator dedicated to medium and large companies in Transylvania.
With a strong technical team and a consultative approach, Blade offers complete IT management, maintenance and server solutions, being involved in all stages of projects from the first discussion to post implementation.
Prior to the collaboration, the company had a functional online presence, but with significant potential for development, both in the website area and in social media communication. The main challenges identified were: lack of consistent communication, high cost per lead and difficulty in generating qualified leads.
The brand also needed a strong and cohesive digital presence, reflecting the real expertise of the team and the quality of the services offered.
Project details
The collaboration with Blade Solutions started with a comprehensive marketing audit, which covered online communication as well as lead generation and lead qualification. Based on the findings, an integrated strategy was built, aimed at strengthening the brand and streamlining customer acquisition processes.
Subsequently, the process of developing a cohesive digital presence was started by creating a modern, conversion-optimized website built according to UX, SEO and performance best practices. In parallel, core communication messages were defined so that the brand positioning reflected the expertise and professionalism of the team.
To support the communication strategy, a variety of content materials were produced, including blog posts with educational value and videos in which the team explains complex technical concepts in accessible language. These were integrated into a monthly publication plan to maintain constant and relevant communication.
Finally, based on the new digital infrastructure, PPC campaigns on Google were implemented with the objective of generating qualified leads and increasing brand visibility in the IT infrastructure sector.
