Challenge

An experienced security and safety systems integrator, Last Chance creates opportunities for business growth through intelligent solutions.

Based on an integrated approach to running an organization, Last Chance follows all stages of project development: analysis, design, implementation and maintenance.

In the pre-analysis phase of our collaboration, several needs were identified: the development of a website that responds to the company’s current needs, improving the brand by building a tagline that puts the brand name in a positive light, developing relevant communication messages and informing consumers through content marketing campaigns.

The marketing analysis carried out provided the directions of the responses to the needs mentioned, and then moved into the implementation phase.

Solutions

The initial challenge of giving a positive nuance to the brand name “Last Chance” was overcome by reinterpreting the word chance-chance as opportunity-opportunity. As a change of the name itself was not intended, it was emphasized by introducing the tagline “Delivering opportunities” in the logo. In this way, the company not only offers solutions to existing problems, but also introduces new development opportunities.

The website was developed following all general design and functionality guidelines, while at the same time being tailored to the needs of the industry and its consumers. Furthermore, in order to support customers and improve the SEO side of the site, a monthly production of relevant blog content was chosen.

Then, stationery was produced to support offline marketing, such as business cards and presentation brochures.

Finally, recommendations for PPC campaigns that can be carried out were launched, opening the possibility for their implementation at a later date.

Conclusions

The Last Chance project shows how a potentially ambiguous brand name can be transformed into a clear and relevant promise. Through strategy, repositioning, website and digital communications, the project has given the brand a stronger direction, tailored to the security and safety solutions industry.

The result has been a more coherent and understandable online presence, where the message “Delivering opportunities” has become the focal point of communication. For Last Chance, digital meant not just a new website, but a reconstruction of how the brand is perceived and chosen by customers.
