Challenge
For more than 10 years, Sport Play Systems has been contributing to Romania’s development through design and execution services for leisure spaces, urban sports and sports complexes. With a passionate team of architects, engineers and project managers, the company transforms urban spaces into vibrant and functional community experiences.
The collaboration with Sport Play Systems took place in the framework of an EBRD project, following all the steps of its development: analysis, strategy, branding, website development and PR.
In the discovery phase, which kicked off our collaboration, several needs were identified: developing a multi-channel marketing and communication strategy, building the brand, creating a website that meets the company’s current needs and integrating online and offline communication.
The marketing analysis outlined the right solutions for the identified needs, and the strategy turned these directions into concrete actions.
Solutions
Based on the client’s need of integrating the company in the online environment, we started the process with an analysis, which touched aspects such as: offline and online market, competitors, client’s target audience, SWOT and strategic directions.
On the basis of this analysis a comprehensive strategy was developed, which set out in concrete terms the following necessary steps: branding, website development, individual platform planning and editorial calendars.
Following the finalization of the strategy, a complete rebranding process was started, which involved, among other things, the redesign of the logo, the choice of colors and fonts, the creation of stationery materials, the establishment of the core brand messages and, finally, the construction of a complete brand manual. A special feature of the project was the association of a set of colors with the Sport Play Systems core solutions.
Following the branding process, the development of the website was initiated, which followed the directions already established in the analysis as well as best practices regarding structure, design and functionality. The result was an attractive, but at the same time easily navigable website, which showcases the visual materials and projects developed by the company.
Finally, the plans for each marketing platform and editorial calendars were finalized. These included: Social Media, Blog, Newsletter, PR and Ads. They were followed by the company, thus achieving significant results.

Conclusions
The Sport Play Systems project shows how an integrated approach can transform a communication need into a complete marketing system. Starting with analysis and strategy, we built a clear brand identity, a website tailored to the company's objectives and communication directions for the main digital channels.
The result has been a more cohesive online presence that is more recognizable and better connected to the business. From branding to implementation, each stage helped to strengthen Sport Play Systems’ positioning and support the company’s long-term development.
