Alisterm is a company specialized in complete solutions for terraces, with projects realized in several areas of the country. In a market where the customer’s decision depends on trust, clarity of information and the way projects are presented, the company needed a coherent marketing direction, adapted to both online and offline interactions.
Alisterm needed a clear brand identity and communication that would better convey the value of its solutions. The company’s products and projects had a high visual potential, but this needed to be transformed into a coherent and recognizable message in the market.
The challenge was not just to increase visibility, but to build a consistent presence across multiple channels: website, social media, paid campaigns, presentation materials, offline actions and content directly from company projects.
At the same time, the customer’s decision-making process required information, comparison and trust. For this reason, marketing had to support not only the attraction of attention, but also the transformation of interest into concrete demands.
Solutions
We started with a comprehensive analysis that touched the market, competitors, customer and target audience. Based on this, we built a comprehensive marketing strategy that established the positioning direction, key messages, relevant channels, proposed solutions and related budgets.
One of the first steps was to develop the brand identity. We created the logo, the brand manual and a range of visual and presentation materials, such as folders, pens, diaries, banners, roll-ups and flags, to ensure a unified image across all touch points.
In parallel, we developed a customized website, built to clearly present our products, services and projects. The website has become the focal point of digital communication and an important tool in the user’s journey from information to request.
After establishing the brand foundation and digital infrastructure, we implemented recurring social media communication and campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. These were supported by recurring video shoots, both at the company’s headquarters and in projects in different parts of the country.
The content resulting from the footage was edited and adapted for each platform so that Alisterm communicates real projects, work processes and concrete results. In this way, communication became authentic, visual and relevant to the target audience.
