Challenge
FERRO is one of the market leaders in plumbing and installation equipment in Central and Eastern Europe, with a solid presence in Romania. The brand is recognized for its reliable products – from bath faucets and bathroom accessories, to plumbing, fittings and complete systems.
In the summer of 2025, FERRO aims to launch FERRO SYSTEM, its own underfloor heating solution – a technical product, dedicated to professionals in a competitive and constantly changing industry.
The challenge was twofold:
The very short timeframe – just three weeks to build the communication strategy, write the scripts and shoot the footage for 30 videos.
The demanding target audience – professional installers who immediately recognize the difference between a good product and a complete system.
Needs
FERRO needed a campaign that conveyed clarity, usefulness and respect for the trade, not just visibility. The communication needed to speak “in the language of the professionals”, to concretely show the technical advantages and at the same time position the brand in a modern, human and credible area.
Solutions
We have built an end-to-end funnel, with integrated strategy, production and distribution, strictly oriented towards installers:
Positioning & message: “Complete system” = compatibility, time saved on fitting, trust; clear tone, respect for the job, zero gimmicks.
Phased content: 30 videos designed in a funnel (awareness → consideration → lead), from visual explanations to technical sequences (distributor, tacker, assembly step, pressure test).
Fast execution: plan, scripts and filming in ≈3 weeks; actor (installer) + filming in showrooms and on site for credibility.
Media & performance: Social Media Ads and Google Ads campaigns, with dedicated audiences (installers, lookalike on video views and traffic), weekly optimization rhythm.
Conversion hub: dedicated landing page, simple UX, clear call-to-action for consultation and demonstrations.
Influencer marketing: relevant home-improvement/installation creators, for professional validation and incremental reach.
The result: a fast-forward-delivered, but tidy and coherent launch that spoke exactly to the target audience and turned a technical product into a useful, verifiable and easily adopted story.
