With more than 20 years of experience in the field, Geomaster executes drilling works for various applications, being the national leader in down the hole hammer technology. The company has a portfolio of over 4000 works, carried out throughout Romania, both for the residential and industrial sectors.
Continuously evolving over the years, Geomaster has realized the need to integrate the company into the online environment. The main challenge was to identify the most relevant and successful platforms, communication channels, tactics and actions.
The company was looking both to significantly increase brand awareness online and to attract leads online. In this context, the need to adopt multichannel marketing was understood from the outset, but it had to start with an audit.
Solutions
In order to achieve our objectives and meet the company’s needs, we started our collaboration by conducting a comprehensive audit. It covered the analysis of online and offline markets, competitors, customer and SWOT.
On the basis of this audit, a strategy has been built that encompasses several communication channels, both online and offline.
Following the strategy, we entered the implementation phase. This included website development, communicating on multiple social media platforms, creating video content, running PPC campaigns, writing blog articles and providing support for offline actions.
