Challenge

Delex is a company based in Alba-Iulia, specialized in the distribution of electric heating systems, radiant panels, underfloor heating, defrosting and green energy.

The company was formerly known as Delphi Electric and Delex is its new identity. They provide sales, design, installation and warranty services for partners and customers. Their portfolio includes many products made in Europe, such as photovoltaic panels, inverters for alternative energy system integrators, underfloor heating systems, radiant heating, heat pumps and more.

Our collaboration with Delex began in November 2022 and was based on an initial analysis of the online environment, followed by the marketing strategy. Based on this, a social media communication plan was developed, where constant communication is maintained to date.

In 2024, as part of an EBRD project, we carried out a new marketing and communication analysis on the basis of which we also developed a marketing strategy.

Following the development of the strategy, we implemented a new customized website for the company, covering all its business needs. It also marked the successful completion of the EBRD project.

Conclusions

The Delex case study shows how a rebranding process can become the starting point for a broader digital transformation. Starting with the transition from Delphi Electric to the new Delex identity, the project integrated marketing strategy, ongoing communications, brand materials, content, digital campaigns and websie development.

The results confirm the importance of an approach built on continuous analysis, implementation and optimization: increases in traffic, engagement, PPC performance and above industry average results in email marketing. For Delex, the new name came with a clearer vision, a more cohesive digital presence and a marketing infrastructure capable of supporting the company’s long-term growth.
