We are doing this now, 9 years after the launch of Klain in the field of online services.
In 2007, when KLAIN was founded, the world wide web (www) was 16 years old. Back then, online was still unknown for many businesses in our country, not being seen as a channel for communication with customers and sale of products or services.
However, we saw an opportunity and launched our first website, CazareClujNapoca.ro which brought many news for that period such as the map of the city of Cluj, advanced search filters and many others. In the meantime, the market has changed, and we have continued to develop other in-house projects that have given us the opportunity to learn at every step and understand the dynamics of the market we are in.
The internal projects and services we have developed, together with the products offered to our customers so far, have helped us mature. We understand the needs of the market much better, that’s why we have increased our team and expanded the range of services and products offered.
In all these years, we have understood that in order to obtain the best possible results, we need an online analysis as complex as possible of the niche in which our client operates, of the competition it has, of potential customers, all this in order to identify the strengths and benefits that it can offer to the market.
We know that without a clear strategy for approaching the market and without planning for each communication channel you want to enter, the results will be below the level of performance that can be achieved. Without establishing what are the measurable objectives that a brand has online, the action of creating a website, promoting in social media, SEO, email marketing or carrying out campaigns does not guarantee the desired success.
Website creation and implementation solutions have diversified and become much more accessible than before. Also, the most targeted approach to the market, the measurement of each action, made the allocated marketing budgets much more efficiently.
In 2014, we went one step further and launched the BunăDimineața.ro website, a platform with positive content, created by our team, which aims to bring relevant information, current news, interviews about projects and active people to breakfast, on the way to work and during the coffee break or even throughout the day, news and lifestyle.
With the completion of 9 years of activity, in October 2016, we decided to come out and make ourselves known as a Digital Marketing Agency. In the end, all our experience, the road traveled from the first website until now and the partnerships concluded have brought us here, at this point.
Rebranding means that we, the Klain company, are evolving, adapting to market demands. This makes us enthusiastic and confident in what results we will achieve next, without forgetting our mission and vision, that of being “focused on solving the needs that our customers have in the development of their business, by identifying the most suitable online solutions.”
