Challenge

Elite Beton is a company from Cluj-Napoca, established in 2005, which has been providing concrete production, transportation and pumping services for almost 20 years, with 100% Romanian capital. The company has quickly established itself as one of the most important businesses in the region, offering quality products and services for residential, industrial and infrastructure projects.

With a team of experienced professionals and two mobile concrete batching plants, the company is able to complete any project, regardless of its size and requirements. Their production capacity, modern machinery and punctual delivery are just some of the aspects that set them apart in the industry market.

Our collaboration with Elite Beton began in the early months of 2023, starting from the client’s need to expand into the online environment, in the context of an increasingly competitive market and the growing viability of this medium for companies. As the company’s activity in this environment was almost non-existent, Klain tried to identify the best solutions to get started in a framework that would ensure short-term impact and long-term continuity.

Solutions

In order to guarantee not only online presence, but also online results, Klain started its collaboration with Elite Beton by carrying out a comprehensive marketing audit, which aimed to obtain a detailed picture of the national and regional concrete production market, as well as competitors, customer and target audience. Based on this it was possible to build the online marketing strategy, which included multiple platforms including website, Social Media and Google Ads campaigns. Furthermore, a complete rebranding of the company was realized, starting from the logo and continuing with a full brand manual.

The website was also the basis of the company’s digital activity, we followed all the steps of developing a website, aiming to ensure both the availability of informational content for potential Elite Beton customers and building a lead collection flow. To this end, a price calculator was implemented on the website, through which consumers could obtain an estimated cost for their project.

In parallel, the setup of the Social Media platforms was realized and the editorial calendars and visual materials were created, with the aim of ensuring constant communication and increasing traffic both on these pages and on the website. The implementation of Search campaigns through Google Ads was also ensured, with the objective of expanding the company’s online presence and attracting qualified digital leads.
