Team building is one of the most effective activities that a company can do for its employees, especially for relaxation and improvement of relationships between colleagues. We did the first official team-building at The Dungeon, followed by others in the same setting, but this year we decided to go out into nature and relax by climbing in the Adrenalin Park.
The adventure park is located 4 km from Cluj Napoca, in Feleac, far from the city, right in the middle of the Făget forest. Some people passionate about nature and adrenaline have laid the foundations of a play space for both adults and children. The 12 aerial routes are divided into 98 games for adults and 30 for children, but also include the main attractions: the two zip lines, with a length of 167 m and 147 m, respectively.
Even if the 12 routes seem very easy seen from below, the strength and verbal help of the group are needed to be passed, which is why this park is perfect for team-buildings. In the 2 hours we spent there, we managed to go through only some of the games made available, and some of us also needed a rescue operation from height. It was an excellent afternoon, in which we had a good time, relaxed and put our minds to work.
