When I started in Klain I was doing content, and I said that I would never do marketing because I don’t like it and that I will write all my life )) But little by little I started to understand its purpose, and at the moment I love my job. In my more than 10 years of experience, I have witnessed many changes, considering that 10 years ago Facebook was just starting to exist for companies, and SEO was among the things that mattered most online. People didn’t understand what online was and why they had to invest in this direction as well. At this point, I believe that online marketing is important for the development of a business and for its survival in an increasingly competitive market. - Tell us about an experience where you worked closely with other departments to successfully implement a campaign.
On 80% of the projects I collaborate with all departments of the agency, and in 95% of the cases all projects are successfully completed. - How do you approach defining and measuring the success of a marketing campaign? What are your key metrics?
It depends on the campaign and the objectives. First of all, we look at our client’s business objectives. If he doesn’t have them defined, we help him define them through direct or alternative recommendations that help his business. Then comes the establishment of marketing objectives that support the business objectives. For example, if a client wants a 10% quarterly increase but has a marketing budget of 2k/month, the chances are high that the actions we take will not have the expected results. For this reason, we are realistic when building budgets and goals and conveying estimates based on facts and experience. Depending on the field, target audience, product/service, the objectives may differ, it matters that the expectations are related to reality. - What’s the most surprising and unexpected thing you’ve learned in your career so far?

Using the calendar. Knowing what I have to do and when, I organize my time more efficiently, so I can combine my personal and professional life as harmoniously as possible. - What are your favorite methods to maintain your creativity?
Having a position that requires more skills in identifying solutions to different situations and problems, I use activities that may seem childish, but which help me develop my focus, patience, attention and memory such as puzzles, board games and different logic games. - What is the campaign or project you are most proud of and why?
