- Let’s start with the basics. What position do you have within the Klain team and how long have you been with us?
Sales Manager – 2 years and a little bit! - How did your adventure with the Klain team begin?
In force, having already prepared the action plan. - How do you stay up to date with new trends and technologies in the field?
I prospect online, read and document online about new information in the field. I follow the market and the field. - How has your vision of digital marketing evolved over the years and how have you adapted to changes in the industry?
Since I’ve been part of the Klain team, from the point of view of digital marketing, I see things online differently, from another perspective, which most of the time, is not the best. - Tell us about an experience where you worked closely with other departments to successfully implement a campaign.
One of the projects close to our heart is the accommodation project, where we worked closely together with colleagues from sales, design, technical, to achieve what we set out to do, namely to bring back to life and populate the platform dedicated to tourists. - How do you approach defining and measuring the success of a marketing campaign? What are your key metrics?
Through the leads generated, through the sales made, through the contracts concluded, through the generation of customers (received from the customer for whom we achieved those results). - What’s the most surprising and unexpected thing you’ve learned in your career so far?
One thing I didn’t expect is to get to know a wide range of entrepreneurs and businesses and to have the opportunity to visit their “kitchen”. - How do you prioritize and manage your tasks in a dynamic and challenging environment like digital marketing?
By dividing them into: priority tasks / important tasks. - What are your favorite methods to maintain your creativity?
I intend to come up with one more thing compared to the last project that was successfully completed for the next project.
- What is the campaign or project you are most proud of and why?
There are many projects that I am proud of, because I had the opportunity to be more involved and I saw the results obtained and confirmed by the client. - What do you think will be the future of digital marketing and what elements will be essential?
The future will certainly be one with an ever-increasing impact, a future of digital marketing. Life will move online, and the essential elements will certainly be photo/video images and quality material content. - How do you like to spend time outside of work and how do these activities influence your vision of marketing?
Participating in various events in the field, where they meet new people from whom they receive various advice related to their experience and history. - What is the tool or thing without which you could not imagine a day of work in your department?

One of the funniest things I’ve been through is when I have a first interview with someone who applied for a job in Klain. Regardless of the position, they don’t even know what we do, who we are, what we do. - If our team were a superhero, what would be our secret superpower?
